How every listing is built

  1. 01

    We check the licence

    Every provider is looked up in the Kemenkes facility registry, and the medical director's STR is checked. "Confirmed" means the licence information and the registry entry match the clinic's name and address.

  2. 02

    We gather public ratings

    Google, Tripadvisor and Fresha ratings and review counts are recorded with the date they were observed. We write no reviews of our own; review quotes are reproduced verbatim and attributed to their platform.

  3. 03

    We publish the information

    Each profile shows the licence source, the score calculation and the date of the last check. Providers can submit corrections and information at any time; licences are re-checked every quarter.

Make it possible to tell a licensed medical provider from an unlicensed one before you book.

Bali has a growing number of aesthetic, longevity and IV providers, and no single public place to check which of them hold a facility licence. Bali Clinic Guide is an independent directory: it does not take bookings, sells no placement, and lists every provider under the same rules.

How we score

Bali Clinic Guide's Trust Score is a weighted average of a provider's Google (50%), Tripadvisor (25%) and Fresha (25%) ratings, each adjusted toward 4.5 until it has 25 reviews. A missing platform counts as 4.0, so a provider listed only on Google cannot score above 4.50. A possibly unlicensed provider has 2.00 deducted. Licensed providers are always listed first.

  • Providers' own websites and submissions

Provider information is compiled from open data and from submissions by providers, checked before publication. Ratings are refreshed nightly; licences are re-verified every quarter.
